30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

 

  1. Returns must include all accessories.
  2. Returnsmust include original packaging.
  3. For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
  4. For non-quality related warranty claims, Topsalewholesale.com refunds the cost of the product itself.
  5. Returns may be rejected if product does not meet the above requirements.

 

It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through online stores (Topsalewholesale.com), please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

 

Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues:

All quality-related defects on items sold directly by online store (Topsalewholesale.com) are covered by an extensive warranty, starting from the date of purchase.

 

Topsalewholesale.com’s warranty is limited to the region/country where the purchase is made. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.

 

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty time frame of the original defective item, or 3 months after being replaced. It’s subject to the longer one.

 

Warranties on products will be invalid after having been fully refunded.

 

Return & Refund Process:

 

STANDARD REFUND*

Please email to Topsalewholesale.com Support Team <[email protected]> to apply for a return or refund.

For product not shipping, we will start refund/exchange process once we review your order(72 hours maximum). It would take 14-28 days to finish base upon payment method and your region since you start your request .

For undamaged product in use within 30 days of the date you receive it, you need to send it back together with purchase details to our Chinese warehouse address. we will start a refund base on its condition(100% at most) after we receive it. In this scenario it could take up to 45 days after we receive your return to fulfill a refund.

Fully refund only available for products in unopened box with original receipt.

Online refund is unavailable if order purchased from authorized resellers. You need to go to the authorized store for your refund or exchange.
